UNEXPECTED TRIP - JEONJU HANOK VILLAGE

DAY 3
TWO LITTLE GIRLS GO TO KOREA - From Busan take subway to Nopo Station. At the Busan Central Bus Terminal get ticket for Jeonju Express Bus Terminal. It takes about 3 hours and half to reach Jeonju.

They even provide USB to charge your gadgets. Their facilities are just so details to consumers.

After reach we took taxi to our guest house "Raon" in Jeonju Hanok Village. After check in, we head to Hanbok rental just beside our guest house. 30% discount on their hanbok rental for people who stay in Raon Guest House

Friendly owner get addicted to selfie. :)

Let's starts walk around with our Hanbok.

Pungnammun Gate

Gyeonggijeon Shrine (Admission - 3,000won)

Jeondong Cathedral [Catholic Church] - (Admission - Free)

Full set Hanbok cost 25,000won for 2 hours. Hair styling, accessories and shoe are provided.

Walking along the streets, I starts to fall in love with my Hanbok. It was so pretty with the inner can can that makes you like a agasi. I think it's a good to experience to try their traditional wear here because all the houses here are build in traditional way along the street. Weather is just nice even it is Summer compare with Seoul. So you won't sweat much with the Hanbok. And you can see lots of local Korean wearing it too. Perhaps you might meet your oppa here.

Food Recommendations:

Get this restaurant from Foursquare application. It was highly recommended Gukbap (Bibimbap with broth) & Zucchini Mandu (Dumpling). A must try food in Jeonju Hanok Village. Seriously, it was really nice!

PNB choco pie - Cost 2,000won each. Original brand that you can only get in Jeonju. I personally likes Original Chocolate flavour, filling with strawberry jam and cream.
Original Choco pie on the left and White Choco pie on the right.

Dawoo-Rang Triangle Shrimp Dumpling - Cost 2,000won. It's a very popular shop that sells various kinds of dumplings. You will need to queue especially in lunch hour.

Grilled Cheese Skewer - Cost 3,500won. Served with yogurt dip. Highly recommend too. I think this is much nicer than Seoul.

Hope you enjoy our Jeonju trip. 💕
